Anyway, I ended up having to use the passenger side, to get into the car. Called the dealership where I purchased it, and they proceeded to tell me that they could not get me in until the following week and would have to determine if the issue is covered under my extended warranty.
So all week long, I've been entering the back seat, reaching to the front to open the door, what a pain in the butt, and In my opinion, there is no question in my mind, I should not have to pay for this repair, this is a DEFECT and Ford needs to stand up to their product. They should consider themselves lucky I didn't end up in an accident. My appointment is tomorrow to determine if I will have to pay anything, I'll keep you posted.
