Civ5 world builder patch

Switch to WB. Do what I want, switch back to game and then load it back. If it wasn't for the loading I would be all for it. I hate the loading on Civ always takes to long. Especially later in the game. OR Am I a clueless idiot and I still am not getting it? You cannot use the world builder to edit a map of an ongoing game. Say I have built a map, and would then like to play on? How would one do that? I am using three different windows 7 64bit systems 2 laptops and one Desktop with different CPU types and video. The error i get is that "Civilization 5 world builder has stopped working" when i select world build from the SDK splash screen or directly from the steam install folder.

I have no idea why this works but if I open up SDK, and then load the mod editor first, then exit the mod editor once it's open, and then try opening WorldBuilder, it miraculously works.
